XEER develops and delivers programmes which improve the effectiveness and efficiency of further and higher education providers as well as commercial organisations.

 

With a background in business development and turn-around, Paul has improved the commercial performance of education providers internationally. He has delivered hundreds of improvement programmes, with an average ROI (Return on Investment) of 11 to 1 in the same financial year, and a success rate of 97%.

 

As an adjunct professor at the American University in Washington D.C. he designed and delivered an MBA course in entrepreneurial e-commerce. He was also a professorial advisor to the Humphrey Fellows, which is part of the Fulbright Scholarship Programme.

 

Paul’s commercial experience multiple years of consultancy internationally, where he wrote and delivered training workshops on business development, plus sales & marketing across 39 countries for a major consulting group. He also built a £1 billion market capitalisation for an online commerce group.  In another project, Paul turned around an online division losing in excess of £1 million a year on a £12 million turnover, into a division delivering over £200 million in revenue and £40 million in margin. He has been engaged in 8 mergers and acquisitions.
