Dr Margie Louws, based in Portland, Oregon, heads up Xeer training services. With a Masters degree in pedagogy, she has 20 years of training experience in commercial and education settings. As a University Lecturer she has developed coursework and taught a variety of business subjects at undergraduate, graduate and PhD level. She has advance knowledge of learning priciples for adults, together with instructional design. With a PhD in Computer Science, she is able to integrate technology into the 'Big Picture' of supporting organisations through the effective use of technology. 

She has expertise in workplace development and improving the effectiveness of staff, improving staff engagement, and with her expertise in best practice and training for results, she is able to develop and present engaging courses that attendees find interesting, useful and memorable. 

Dr Louws also develops marking criteria, together with methodologies for the assessment of course efectiveness linked to continuous improvement loops. She is skilled in the development of curricula.
